Availability & booking

Essential information

• Rates are for 7 nights (minimum stay) with changeover day Friday. Shorter stays out of season may be possible

• Max 4 guests plus babe-in-arms.  The two bedrooms have a standard double bed in each; there are no singles. 

• Unsuitable for children under 10 but a babe-in-arms welcome (travel cot not provided but high chair available)

• A well behaved dog might be accommodated for a fee of £30 per week. Any dog must be kept on a lead on the farm  

• Only registered guests can stay in the property. Please ask if you wish to invite friends for the day

• No smoking in the property  

• No parties or events

• Arrivals – after 5 pm. Departures – by 10 am

What is included in the price

• Cleaning of the property and laundering of bedlinen, towels, tea towels, throws etc.

• Electricity usage incl. water and convector heating 

• Extra large basket of wood for wood-burner (please ask if you need more) plus matches, kindling, fire-lighters

• Free fast Wi-Fi from Airband N.B. mobile signal very weak

• Bedlinen, towels, tea towels (please bring your own beach towels)

• Eco-friendly (Faith in Nature, Fill) personal cleansers - body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash

• Starter products e.g. lavatory paper, eco-friendly cleaning materials (Ecover etc)

• Welcome pack including basics - tea, ground coffee, sugar and either milk, bread, butter and eggs or a bottle of wine

• Slazenger table tennis, darts, and some equipment for other games e.g. cricket, rounders, badminton and tennis 

• Parking for 2 cars and small craft such as kayaks and inflatables on barn forecourt 

• Use of barbecues with free wood and small bag of charcoal to top the wood

• Bicycle storage
